Meet the Sweet Team Behind B's Chocolates

At B's Chocolates, it takes a talented team (and a lot of chocolate) to keep the magic going every day. Meet the friendly faces who help make every treat special!

Marcia - Director of All Things Sweet 

With B's for 7 Years. The glue that holds us all together, Marcia brings sunshine and leadership to the shop every day. Whether she's keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes or filling in wherever needed (seriously, blink and she's in a new role!), she's always moving with a smile. A true dark chocolate devotee, she can't resist our Whole Caramel Walnut. Outside the shop, you'll find her at wineries, country concerts, sporting events, or making memories with her family.

Melissa - Production Lead (and Kitchen Ninja)

With B's for 5 Years. Melissa is a candy-making machine - seriously, she runs laps around the kitchen! She's not only fast, but brilliant, dreaming up new recipes and fresh ideas that keep our chocolates exciting and delicious. A fan of all things milk chocolate, she's loyal to the Chocolate Caramel Crown and Coffee Cream. When not crafting confections, she's baking, enjoying the lake, or spending time outdoors with her family. 

Katie - Sales and Marketing Lead (a.k.a. Team Paparazzi) 

With B's for 3 Years. If you see someone sneaking a photo while stirring the caramel - it's probably Katie. She's the creative mind behind our promotions, product designs, and social media, always finding new ways to share the magic of B's with the world. Milk Chocolate is her go-to, especially in our Coconut Baskets. Outside of work, Katie loves traveling, baking, hanging with her Frenchie, and spending time with her family.
