WHAT IF I NEED TO SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN?

We can do that! It’s standard for online checkouts to ask you to enter two types of addresses: one for shipping and one for billing. To have your order shipped to a loved one, simply enter their address as the shipping address. You’ll enter yours for the billing address.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SHIP TO SEVERAL ADDRESSES?

We can do that, too! Our MultiShip tool manages all the addresses you ship to so you don’t have to. Follow our step-by-step instructions here. We promise it’s easy, but if you run into snags, just contact us. We’ll have you sending sweet treats in no time.

CAN CHOCOLATE BE SHIPPED DURING WARM MONTHS?

It sure can! During warm months or when sending to warm climates, we prefer to ship on Mondays or Tuesdays so that your chocolates don't spend a weekend in a hot warehouse. During cooler months, we'll ship your order within 48 hours. 

To prepare your shipment, we do two things. First, we check the forecast of the shipment’s destination and any stops along the way. Second, we use that information to determine which packing materials to use.

Rest assured, we do our utmost to ensure that your items arrive looking tasty and tasteful.

CAN I SEND MR. B'S INTERNATIONALLY?

Normally, yes, so long as we’re able to meet the requirements of a specific country’s guidelines for international shipments. However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve suspended all international shipping until further notice.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

During warmer months (April-September), we prefer to ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that your chocolates don't sit in a warehouse over a weekend. In cooler months (October-March), our goal is to ship in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. High volume times of the year can affect our speed, but we make every effort to plan head and be ready to meet your needs in as timely a manner as possible.

Large orders such as corporate gifts or wedding favors require more lead time, as will hand-painted novelty items that aren’t already in stock; however, in those instances, we’ll communicate with you to plan a timeline that meets your needs.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If your order hasn’t been assigned tracking information, yes, you can. In these instances, it’s best to call our store and speak with an employee for a quicker resolution. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

For safety and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible items. However, if there is a problem with your order, please let us know. We appreciate the chance to resolve any issues and will do so as quickly as possible.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO STORE BELGIAN CHOCOLATE?

We’ve written a whole blog post about this very topic. Read it here. The gist is this: chocolate doesn’t do well with heat and humidity. It’s best to store your stash in a place with steady temps between 65-68 degrees and low humidity. While it’s tempting to store chocolate in the fridge, try not to. The cold affects the taste, appearance, and texture. 

WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE OF BELGIAN CHOCOLATE?

Chocolate, when stored properly, has a long shelf life. On every Mr. B's treat, the area with the nutrition information includes both the date the chocolates were made and a “best by” date that’s generally five months from the made date. (So, yes, you can stock up during one of our sales and use the spoils for a gift later on.)

However, it’s important to note that several variables can shorten Belgian chocolate’s shelf life. Read our in-depth explanation here.

DO YOUR CHOCOLATES CONTAIN ALLERGENS?

Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy. With the exception of our dairy-free dark chocolate bar, the majority of our chocolates are made with the freshest, highest quality dairy products. All of our chocolates are gluten free.

Our physical store and production facility are both located in Willmar, MN on the MinnWest Technology Campus at 1701 Technology Dr, Suite 101. C’mon in! We love visitors! Click here for our video showing Mr. B’s specific campus location.

WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?

Our Willmar, MN store is open 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on select Saturdays. All times are central standard.

Hours are subject to change and can be affected by holidays and seasonal events. We recommend checking our Facebook or Instagram accounts for current hours. And while you’re there, we’d love it if you’d follow us. Chocolate enthusiasts form great communities!

IS YOUR FACILITY INSPECTED ANNUALLY?

Yes, it absolutely is. We’ve been awarded the highest marks possible on each of our annual inspections conducted by officials from the State of Minnesota. Our facility is pristine, and we pride ourselves on keeping it that way at all times.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
